Our process is designed to guide you through the complexities of identifying the right home, scoping both needed and desired improvements or repairs, and coordinating the action steps to facilitate your project from beginning to end. Our target is to close your loan within 30 days, and this is attainable as long as all parties work in cooperation with one another. Our 30 Days to Close Target To simplify and expedite the processing of your renovation loan. From finding the right home to closing your loan, the process can be completed within 30 days. We endeavor to make the entire experience stress free! You can count on Integrity Mortgage Group to guide you every step of the way. Why closing your loan in 30 days is beneficial: Increases the number of homes you can consider for purchase Makes the offer on your new home more competitive Helps you obtain your dream sooner Secures contractors for your project Renovation Loan Cycle Days 1-10: Purchase agreement is accepted, and your Loan Officer submits your loan to Processing. Property screening is scheduled and completed minimum repairs required are documented, and communicated to you and your Loan Officer. You select
your contractor, and a contractor background check is performed Days 11-20: Inital "new" property valuation is determined Contractor and Inspector/HUD Consultant meeting takes place Final
project documentation is completed and appraisal received Loan Officer submits all documentation needed for underwriting Days 21-30: Your loan is underwritten any needed conditions and documentation that are needed will be communicated from the
underwriter. Documents are gathered and loan is cleared to close
